What's machine ID and does it contain my private information?
Machine ID is the unique sign of your computer which was calculated base on the physical address of your network adapter or modem. It is secure and not contain any your private information.
Is your online order form secure?
Yes, it is 100% secure.

Do I have to pay for the upgrades?
No! All upgrades are free to registered Winmsg users.

Winmsg costs only $29.95 for the option of email registration.

How long I can get my register code?
If you buy the register code online, we recommend that you use online patment, you will receive an email confirming your order shortly after sending the online order form. Then, within 72 hours, you will receive a second email with your registration name, code.

If you do not get your code or if you've lost it , please email us at sales@winmsg.com. Please include your name, machine ID, email address, and order confirmation number (if you have it). We will be happy to help you
How to input register code?
Start winmsg and open "About" dialog, click "Register" button and input the register name and register code in the follow appeared dialog, click register to close this dialog, click "OK" button to close "about" dialog, shutdown winmsg and restert it.

 

Questions about use

Can I use one register code in different computer?
Sorry! The register code is bind with your machine ID, machine ID is the unique sign of your computer, so you can't use one register code in different computer. If your have to change the network adapter of your computer, just send your register name, old register code and new machine ID to sales@winmsg.com ,we would check your register information and send you a new register code.
I can't send and receive message from another computer?
The message plusin of winmsg is used only in LAN, so make sure whether two computer in same LAN. You can try to use "Winmsg Socket" method send message if thay are in the same LAN. If it still can't work, send the detailed error information to support@winmsg.com
Does WmChat plusin support internet?
No, the current version WmChat plusin can only be used in LAN.
