 The original idea
about "Winmsg" is the abbreviation of "Windows Message".
The initial purpose we developed this software is just to send and receive
short message between two windows PC in the same LAN. We know that Windows
has it's own method to implement this job. If you have installed Windows
9X, you can use winpopup.exe, if you have installed windows NT/2000/XP,
you can use messenger services. But they all inconvenience to use, so
we developed winmsg and named it "Message Fairy".We add many
network utility to it, such as Ping, Chat Room, Network Browse etc.
